By booking and using GC Studio Co facilities, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Cleanliness & Cleaning Fee

• The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found.

• GC Studio Co staff take before and after photos of the space for reference.

• If the studio is left in an unclean or disorderly state, a $199 cleaning fee will be charged to the booking client.

2. Damage to White Floor & Walls

• The white floor and walls are a key feature of GC Studio Co and must be treated with care.

• Any damage, cratches, paint transfer, or dints or holes caused during the booking will be the responsibility of the client.

• The client agrees to cover all repair and/or repainting costs incurred as a result of such damage.

• No heels, studs, or boots are to be worn on the white wall or floor. You may wear them, but they must not leave any marks.
• Fee of $499

3. General Responsibility

• The booking client is responsible for all persons in attendance during their hire period.

• Any damages or additional cleaning required due to guests, crew, or clients will be charged to the booking client.

• GC Studio Co reserves the right to refuse future bookings if these terms are not adhered to.

4. Agreement

By entering into a booking with GC Studio Co, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
